Frequently asked questions

  • There are lots of reasons why someone might explore therapy:

    • Having someone to talk to outside of their personal life

    • Processing difficult or traumatic experiences or states of being

    • Learning new information or tools

Some people come to therapy for a fixed number of sessions to meet their goals. Others find continuing therapy helpful to maintain and support their emotional and psychological well-being.

If you have a list of things you’d like to work on, that’s great! Let’s talk about it.

But I’m happy to help if you’re unsure, overwhelmed, or if just reaching out feels like a big step.

  • Although there are no guarantees, there are some steps to find out if we might be a good fit for one another:

    1. Read this website. If you resonate with it, let’s talk!

    2. Book a free 15-minute consultation to ask questions and get a feel for how we might work together.

    3. Set your expectations and goals for the therapeutic process.

I want you to feel supported in your needs. Whether you go with me or another referral, I’d be glad to be a part of the process.
