There’s no single path through this. You might know exactly what you want to work on, or you might just know that something feels off, and you’re ready to explore it.

Both are fine places to start.

Two people reach their hands out to one another.

What I offer

My approach is integrative, meaning that I draw from a range of evidence-based tools and tailor the work to fit you.

Some people need practical skills and strategies. Others need space to process and be heard. Most need a bit of both, and their needs shift over time.

We’ll follow your lead.

Areas of support

  • Whether it’s the constant hum of worry or the heaviness that makes everything feel harder than it should, these are some of the most common reasons people find their way to therapy.

You’ll find the right support on your own terms here.

  • When you’ve been running on empty for a long time, it starts to feel normal.

We’ll look at what’s depleting you, what you actually need, and how to start building something more sustainable for the long term — without the guilt that often comes with it.

  • Grief doesn’t follow a timeline, and it isn’t always about death. It can be the loss of a role, a relationship, a version of yourself, or a future you’d imagined.

    All of it deserves space.

  • Sometimes the things that help us survive stop serving us, or they start costing us more than we’d like.

This is a non-judgmental space to explore what's underneath, and to find other ways through.

  • Trauma has a way of living in the body long after the event has passed. It manifests itself in different ways — including some that you might not even recognize.

We work at your pace, gently and carefully, using approaches that support both the mind and nervous system to find steadier ground.
